Analysis of the financial activity of the health care institution of the Republic of Bashkortostan (by the example of GBUZ RB Karaidelskaya TSRB)

The economic interests of health care institutions, their financial and economic activities ultimately determine not only the effectiveness of macroeconomic policy, but also the degree to which the main goals of health care are achieved. The independence of budgetary institutions has been expanded, but at the same time, economic responsibility has also been increased. Therefore, the expenditure of material and financial resources should be rational and economically justified, adhering to the goal of maximizing the satisfaction of the population in medical care. This is the relevance of the problem under consideration. An analysis of the financial activities of health care institutions largely determines the effectiveness of managerial decisions in order to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care to the population.
