Analyzing the financial independence of the local budget on the example of Novosibirsk City

The article analyzes the financial independence of the budget. Novosibirsk for the period 2021-2023. The main attention is paid to the dynamics and structure of budget revenues, including tax, non-tax revenues and gratuitous transfers. To assess financial independence, the necessary coefficients are calculated. Based on the analysis, recommendations were made to improve financial independence.
