Analysis of financial performance and ways to improve the financial condition of the enterprise (for example, MUP "Housing and communal services")

The article is devoted to the issue of financial results of the enterprise activity in the sphere of housing and communal services at the present stage and their impact on the financial condition. The article briefly examines the theoretical aspects of the analysis of financial results. Based on the results of the conducted studies, the developed recommendations are proposed for improving the financial state of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Housing and Communal Services". The economic effect of the proposed recommendations has been determined.
