State support forms and types analysis for film production

The article is devoted to the analysis of sizes, classification forms and types of state financial support for the creation of various types of fiction, non-fiction and animated films. The article is focused on the analysis of the statutory regulation by institutional entities of the state support amount for the feature films production of social significance, independent films, children’s films, debut films. It is justified that the effective use of forms and types of State financial support is possible on the basis of constant monitoring of the results of film companies activities, the Film Foundation and the Ministry of Culture. The sequence of creation of optimal institutional norms and forms of state support for manufacturers of all types of films has been determined. The role of educational institutions of cinematography in the socio-economic development of filmmaking is revealed.
