Analysis of the forms of ownership of seaport

The article is devoted to the consideration of the forms of ownership of the subjects providing port services. The issues of ownership of the port, its separation, forms and conditions of public-private partnership, management models, cooperation between the parties involved in the provision of port services, under different ownership models, separation of responsibilities of the government, port administrations, private companies are highlighted as priorities.
