The analysis of consolidated budget formation of Krasnodar krai in the context of tax revenues

The article analyzes formation of consolidated budget of Krasnodar Krai as it pertains to tax revenue. It is noted that for the formation and implementation of the advanced development of the country''s economy, the growth of the economic base of local budgets should be ahead of the economic growth of the state. The authors emphasize the need to form a greater part of local budgets at the expense of own taxes. Consequently, more funds will be allocated to resolution of local issues, and the local governments will be interested in the economic development of municipal entities.
