Currently we can observe a decline in athletic performance of most of Russian judo wrestlers. Experts believe that the main reasons for this are: significant changes in the competition rules and an insufficient level of training of our wrestlers in competitive wrestling according to the changed rules. The article is dedicated to an expert analysis of the training level of Siberian federal district judo wrestlers in active competitive wrestling.
