The article presents the results of the study the production of parts made of polymer composite materials for aircraft units SSJ-100. To conduct the study proposed simulation method and is carried out its comparison with analytical methods. To develop a simulation model is collecting baseline data and presents the main technological aspects of the production of parts made of polymer composite materials. As a result, the preparation of input data to identify potential problem areas of the production system. Held description of the logical development of the simulation model as well as its structure. As a way of promoting time in the simulation model using discrete event approach. To develop a simulation model used software package Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. The developed simulation model has a hierarchical structure. It is possible to create multiple levels of nesting, which has a positive effect on subsequent changes in the model. If you change the source of the data model automatically adjust and did not require improvements globally. Based on a simulation model based on initial data analysis of the production system and the conclusions of the “narrow” places. These “narrow” places in the simulation models have become the number of equipment and temperature control operation. The article shows the possibility to optimize the simulation model for the original data. The change in the distribution of work on the site is not affected. However, the complete optimization model has achieved a better result. As a result of optimization of the new simulation model is developed. Simulation runs developed model obtained the optimum parameters of the production system and compiled best practices. Thus, the total production time of 5 sets of machine-parts, decreased by 15%. This decreased inter-operation storage area. With the use of high-tech equipment and the introduction of the third autoclave may reduce the manufacturing time of 5 car-kits of parts by 35%. This article shows the successful experience of the application of simulation to optimize the production of parts from composite materials for the aircraft SSJ-100.
