Analysis and problems of implementation of import substitution policy in agriculture of Krasnodar region

The article analyzed the indicators of production of plant growing and animal husbandry products for the sanctions period in the Krasnodar Territory. The dynamics and structure of imports of agricultural products for 2014-2018 were considered. The author considered the current conditions in which the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Territory functions and identified the problems of the financial and credit mechanism for implementing the import substitution policy in the region. The author also offers recommendations on the promotion of import substitution through financial instruments.
