Analysis and systematization of the process of social adaptation of people affected by chronic wartime stress

The paper presents and analyzes the following psychosomatic phenomenon - "wartime stress". The prospects of overcoming its negative consequences for the personality are also presented (in particular, the scientific research development of employees of the Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution "Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems" "Development of theoretical foundations and computer intelligent technologies for diagnosing and drug-free self-regulation of psychoemotional states of personality", conducted in 2024). As one of the most striking consequences of chronic wartime stress is considered post-traumatic stress disorder and its negative consequences for an individual: depression, stress, suicidal tendencies, insomnia, abuse of narcotic, medicinal substances and alcohol, excessive irritability and anxiety towards others, communication difficulties, etc.
