Corporative portfolio analysis and improvement

This article includes the results of corporative portfolio analyses of the largest carpets producer in the Republic of Belarus. Different analysis techniques combination allowed to form the recommendation about corporative portfolio improvement for the future and to identify development directions of corporative business units.
