Analysis and consideration of risks of corporate investment projects

An effective method for assessing the risks of an investment project is to analyze the financial statements of the project and cash flows. Cash flows and financial ratios of the investment project will identify the problem areas of the project and move to the use of quality methods of analysis and risk management. As noted in the article, one of such methods is the method of expert assessments. Involvement of experts, both internal to the corporation and external, will allow an independent assessment of project risks, select the most effective methods for minimizing risks.
