The article analyzes the problems associated with non-core, excess and illiquid assets of Russian industrial enterprises. The method of complex decision-making developed by the authors is presented, which, in particular, presents typical solutions for operational and strategic management of problem and excess assets. Examples of implementation of these solutions are considered on the basis of projects implemented by the AFK Group under modern conditions.
