Analysis of the informatization of the economy of the Russian Federation

This article discusses the issues of analysis of the informatization of the economy of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the topic is confirmed by the fact that information and human activities are being digitized, contributing to cost reduction and the emergence of new opportunities. Digitalization directly affects the quality and standard of living of the population. The purpose of the work is a statistical analysis of the informatization of the economy of the regions of the Russian Federation. The methods of time series analysis and forecasting, territorial distribution series, multidimensional observations - cluster analysis were used in the work. Conclusions are drawn about the growth of the growth rates of indicators of informatization of the economy for the entire analyzed period. Significant heterogeneity and significant right-sided asymmetry are noted in the distribution of regions of the Russian Federation in terms of costs for the introduction of digital technologies. Interregional comparative analysis of indicators of informatization of the economy has identified leaders and outsiders among the subjects of the country. The results of the analysis of the territorial differentiation of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the process of informatization of the economy can serve as a tool for the formation and improvement of the policy of further development of the processes of informatization and modernization of methodological support for assessing the development of the regions of the Russian Federation.
