Analysis of the innovative development of the financial sector in the context of the implementation of the state strategy for the digital transformation of the economy

The paper defines the main purpose and tasks of the state program “Digital Economy”. The author’s vision of the concept of financial innovation is presented. The main directions of innovations within the framework of their classification forms are revealed: product (new financial products), process or technological (new ways of doing business), institutional (new organizational forms). The elements of the digital infrastructure of the Russian financial market are characterized: remote identification, fast payment system, digital profile, financial marketplace, Masterchain technologies. The main trends in the innovative development of the Russian financial sector have been identified. The structure of demand for digital transformation tools by sectors of the national economy is analyzed. 10 trends of financial technologies in 2023 are presented. The analysis of financial literacy of citizens of the Russian Federation in general, and digital financial literacy in particular, is carried out.
