The present study analyzes the efficacy of privacy policies in the context of cybersecurity for artificial intelligence programs that incorporate AI agents. These programs are utilized by various organizations to enhance their performance. The paper examines data leakage events and potential consequences of such events, privacy policies of several popular models such as: Gemini, Gemma, iAsk, DeepSeek, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Claude.
