Analysis of the investment climate in tourism after the example of Orel region

The article examines the formation of a favorable investment climate as a basis for effective development of tourism in Russia. The need to create some special programs to attract investments is discussed. Orel region has all the necessary resources in order to become an important tourist object, but the tourist potential of the area is not used in full.
