Analysis of mortgage lending in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article analyzes mortgage lending in the Republic of Bashkortostan, which showed that this type of lending is one of the main banking products. The statistics of issued mortgage loans for 2019 are presented. The factors influencing the growth of the mortgage portfolio are identified. Conclusions are made about the main trends in the development of mortgage lending in the coming years.
