Analysis of the use of land resources in the uchhoze "Kuban" Krasnodar

The article proves the importance of land as the most important resource of an agricultural enterprise. The nature of the use of land in the agrarian economy depends on the type of land it belongs to. With the help of economic and statistical analysis, an estimation of modern use and availability of land resources is given on the example of the training and experimental farm "Kuban" in Krasnodar. Directions for increasing the efficiency of land use have been identified.
