Economic and informational globalization are characteristic features of the era of development in the modern world.The telecommunications equipment industry has become the most important driving force of globalization, providing fast and efficient communication technologies.Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. - a fast-growing telecommunications company.Since its inception, it has developed a strategy aimed at embarking on the path of internationalization.Based on market segmentation and India-based environmental analysis, this article discusses Huawei's market positioning, feasibility, and potential to fully enter the Indian market.At the same time, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate the existing market, and on this basis we try to use the 4P marketing strategy to put forward our own proposals.
