Analysis of sources of additional incomes of the population based on improvement of methods of state regulation of agri-food complex

The article considers the directions of reducing the poor in the rural population by improving the methods of state regulation of the agri-food complex. Trends in the change in the volume and structure of food production and the redistribution of income generated by these processes between personal subsidiary farms of the population and agricultural organizations that are independently able to ensure the country’s food independence are analyzed. As a result of the reduction of personal subsidiary farms, the economic availability of food for rural groups with limited mobility is reduced, as a result of which new mechanisms and institutions should be formed to combat poverty to actively involve the population in production processes. To this end, it is necessary to develop new types of budgetary support for small forms of management, expand the system of contract procurement of their products, link contract purchases with the implementation of food benefits to the poor. In small forms of management, it is necessary to develop the production of organic food to strengthen competition in the quality of food with agricultural holdings. To comprehensively solve the economic and social problems of rural areas, the authors propose to intensify organizational work on the most optimal combination and cooperation of large, medium and small forms of management, introducing new mechanisms and institutions for this.
