Analysis of changes to the criminal law for

The article analyzes the main changes in the current criminal legislation in 2017. The reasons of legislative amendments and their possible influence on social conditions in the Russian Federa-tion are investigated. Also, the author’s interpretation of certain provisions of newly introduced crimes by the legislator is proposed.
