Analysis of isoenzymes during the research of intraspecific polymorphysm in sunflower downy mildew

The authors optimized the horizontal starch gel electrophoresis method in conformity with isoenzymes of sunflower downy mildew (Plasmopara halstedii (Farl.) Berl. et de Toni) in Krasnodar region. The analysis of intraspecific variability in P. halstedii by means of ACP, MDH, GPI, PGM, 6PGD, ME, EST, GOT isoenzymatic systems was made. It was shown that interracial differences on esterase are inessential. The seven others isoenzymatic systems are monomorphous for all studied isolated races 330, 700, 710, 730. The population of sunflower downy mildew in Krasnodar region has low intraspecific variability on studied isoenzymatic spectmms.
