Analysis of the effectiveness of the functioning of the ministry of social development, labor and employment of the Republic of Kalmykia

The article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning efficiency of the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Employment of the Republic of Kalmykia. Regional models of social work management have features. The model provides social support to certain categories of citizens, based on Russian legislation, where the quantitative properties of the managerial management system are provided by the needs and potential of social protection. The limiting form, methods and technologies of social work are reserves that are involved and require problem solving. The regional model has a system of conditions - environmental - economic, political - organizational, socio-demographic, national, socio-psychological, which take into account the «input» of the management system, with the functioning and development. The subject of social services are government agencies of the regions of Russia.
