The analysis of efficiency of licensing of geodetic and cartographical works for state regulation of economy

Lately questions of the effective government economy are in Russia in the foreground. One of the methods of such control is the licensing, which is one of the main tools for state regulation of the economy, have legal force. However, for the effective development of a modern economy it is necessary to establish the scope of licensing. This article describes a separate type of licensing in the field of geodesy and cartography. The article also contains proposals to address a number of pressing issues of licensing.
