Analysis of the effectiveness of processes of in socio-economic systems by method of the eigenstates

The problem of analyzing the effectiveness of processes in socio-economic systems is considered. The analysis of the efficiency of the processes is based on the structure of the “perfect image” of their behavior. To isolate the states that correspond to the “perfect image” of behaviour there are encouraged to use a method of the eigenstates, which is the development of principal component analysis. Effectiveness of the method of the eigenstates is demonstrated on the example of sustainability regional socio-economic systems. Paper demonstrates potential of the method, not only in determining the relationships between processes, but also measurements them.
