Analysis of the efficiency of business process reengineering in the agro-industrial complex of Russia

The article analyzes the effectiveness of business process reengineering in the agro-industrial complex of Russia, aimed at increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the industry. The key methods of implementing reengineering are considered, such as optimization of production and logistics processes, introduction of digital technologies and orientation to customer needs. Based on case studies and statistical data, the advantages, risks and prospects of reengineering in the context of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex are identified.
