Analysis of the efficiency of business process reengineering in the Russian agroindustrial complex

This scientific article examines the specifics of analyzing the effectiveness of business process reengineering in the Russian agro-industrial complex. The basic principles of business process reengineering in the agro-industrial complex are investigated. The mechanism of the business process reengineering scenario in the implementation of digital technologies in the field of precision agriculture by LLC Rassvet is considered. The calculation of the net discounted income of the investment project is carried out. An assessment of the economic effect on the overall activities of LLC "Rassvet" is given based on the results of the project implementation. As a result, a mechanism has been developed and recommendations have been given to improve the effectiveness of business process reengineering in the agro-industrial complex.
