Analysis of the effectiveness of the structure and principles of life-cycle management of aviation technologies at the stage of applied research

The article examines the effectiveness of applied research organization methods in traditional and innovation systems of science-intensive products’ development. For these systems, probabilistic models estimate the duration of programs of development of systems of technology. With their help, we assess how taking the technological similarity of various promising products into account reduces the time needed to start the stage of experimental design.
