This article discusses the current challenges the effectiveness of leadthrough of on site tax inspections. The analysis for the 2013¸2015. the results of the on site tax inspections in Russia and Interdistrict Inspectorate of the federal tax service (Interdistrict IFTS) No15 in Saint-Petersburg with and without internal affairs agencies, discusses some of the ways to improve interaction between taxpayers and tax authorities according to the results of the tax audit.
