Analysis of the economic content of budget expenditures of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the article, the author studied the current trends in the composition and structure of expenditures in the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is noted that public finances contribute to an increase in the population, stabilization and sustainable growth of the economy, the development of the main directions of the real sector of the economy, the implementation of scientific and technological progress. It can be argued that in the context of the modernization of production, the influence of the republican budget on the dynamic development of the regions is growing. This defines the budget as the most important source of financing structural transformations of the national economy. Through the budget, it is possible to develop regions, reduce territorial and social inequality, and finance measures to support the real sector of the economy. The article reveals the formation of expenditures of the republican budget in the context of the transformation of the socio-political and financial and economic spheres. Data are provided on the revenue and expenditure side of the republican budget, targeted transfers, and the size of the public debt. The indicators characterizing the quality of the budget policy are calculated. It is concluded that the government is adapting budget expenditures to the goals of the modernizing economy. The purpose of the study is to analyze the expenditures of the republican budget. The object of the study is the expenditures of the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The subject of the study is the financing of budget expenditures. The main point of this article is to identify the role of budget expenditures in achieving the macroeconomic goals of the state.
