The article presents the results of the analysis of the competitive environment in the market of baking enterprises of Krasnodar Region. The factors of influence in a competitive environment were determined and analyzed, the competitiveness of an individual enterprise was analyzed using the Porter five-force assessment method. Recommendations for improving the competitive advantages of the enterprise in the current conditions in the studied market are offered.
