The analysis of the consolidated budget of the Magadan region 2010-2017

For adoption of effective and effective decisions, both on federal, and on territorial levels, studying of the budgetary system, the budgetary process, theoretical and legislative bases and real practice of functioning of the budgetary mechanism, the careful analysis arising during formation and budget implementation of problems have found special relevance now. The analysis of formation and use of profitable means (tax revenues) of the consolidated budget of the Magadan region from 2010 for 2017 is presented in article and also the reasons of non-execution of the budget are established.
