Analysis of the Soviet housing development critique: social- historical aspect

The article is addressed to the historical aspects of residential buildings architecture in the USSR of 1960s and 70s.The authors draw attention to the incompetent criticism of housing construction of that period; they restore and explain the historical reasons and social-economic factors underlying the Soviet urban planning.
