Analysis of lobbying practices in the State duma of the Russian Federation on the example of deputies representing the Sverdlovsk region

Lobbying or lobbying is a term that came into Russian from the English language (“lobbying”) to denote a form of achieving goals in politics and society, in which various groups achieve their goals (or “lobby their interests”) mainly through the development of personal ties - with the executive, legislative and other official branches of government. Lobbying also presupposes the formation of public opinion through working with the latter through the media, in which the lobbyist also has personal connections.
