Analysis of macroeconomic planning “Strategy 2020” in the Russian Federation and the results of their implementation

In this article, a study was carried out of the fact of fulfilling the points of the document “Strategy 2020”, written by the experts of the Higher School of Economics, together with the state services and the Russian Academy of National Economy. An analysis was made of the overall indicators obtained at the end of 2020 within the areas highlighted in this document. The article indicates the current economic indicators of the country, as well as a comparison with the indicators planned in accordance with the document under consideration. The article contains the procedure for developing a strategy, its sections and proposed models for stabilizing the economic and demographic state of the country. In addition, the criteria for assessing the implementation of the “Strategy 2020” plans are given, including the country’s GDP growth, inflation, budget calculations, as well as issues of spending on health care, education and law enforcement agencies.
