The analysis of the mechanisms of the digital transformation in the Russian Federation: economic and legal aspect

The digital transformation of the public administration and business sector is considered as the priority tasks for the world’s major economies. The search of the most efficient mechanisms of the economic and legal influence on the digital changes of the society and the state is a topical scientific task, in this context the authors of the article suggest the row of the conclusions, concerning the aims, priorities and structural elements of the mechanism of the digital transformation of the Russian Federation.
