Analysis of the mechanism of formation of personnel reserve on the example of administration of municipal formation, Tosnensky district, Leningrad region

This article is devoted to the analysis of the personnel reserve on the example of the administration of the municipality Tosnensky district of the Leningrad region. It examines the theoretical aspects of the personnel reserve. The current state of the personnel reserve is described. A project to create a youth personnel reserve is also proposed.
