Analysis methodology and software cadastral valuation in conformity evaluation methodology and modern statistical data analysis techniques

The author analyzed the documents establishing a unified methodical maintenance of cadastral valuation of lands to determine their compliance with federal standards for evaluation, a common valuation methodology and modern methods of statistical analysis, the use of which is of great importance in the process of mass appraisal. It is shown that reviewed the documents do not fully comply with the law and federal standards assessment and do not meet the current level of development of mathematical methods of statistical data processing.
