Analysis of methods for assessing the quality of educational services

Education plays an important role in ensuring the economic development of the state, being one of the main services provided by the government. However, an increase in the number of educational services provided does not improve the expected results if certain quality standards are not met. This is why it is so important to monitor quality improvement in all areas of educational services. The main purpose of this article is to identify the most significant methods used in assessing the quality of educational services. The research methodology is based on fundamental research, which includes the main findings from the literature, domestic and foreign observation methods. Also, a three-level system for assessing the quality of education was defined and its components were analyzed. In the study, the authors focus on the service quality gap assessment model, on the SERVQUAL model issues and on the concept of “neutral zones”, which was proposed by C. Bernard. The desired conclusion of this analysis is to identify the most effective methods for assessing the quality of educational services in order to develop measures to increase the satisfaction of stakeholders.
