Analysis of quality management methods

The article analyzes approaches to understanding quality, identifies the role of quality in ensuring production efficiency. The quality management process is considered from the point of view of subject-object relations. Based on research in the field of quality management, the classification of quality management methods is generalized with the allocation of five groups: administrative, socio-psychological, technological, economic, statistical methods. It is concluded that most quality management methods cannot be used without tools that provide data analysis, control over the dynamics of indicators and the fulfillment of quality goals. The successful Russian experience of implementing the "Lean Production" concept in the activities of GAZ and Sberbank companies is considered.
