Analysis of world trends of infrastructural development under uncertainty of economic situation

The article discusses the main world trends of economic uncertainty affecting the Russian market of infrastructure projects, the state of economic security of the regions of the Russian Federation. The key problems of improving regional investment development are determined from the position of the formation of a system for ensuring economic security in them through the implementation of infrastructure projects taking into account existing regional characteristics and opportunities.
