Analysis of models of technological transfer - economic mechanism of overcoming innovation «gap's»

This paper discusses the economic mechanisms of overcoming the «gap’s» («valley of death») in innovation processes. 10 actual models of the organization of technological transfer are allocated and their analysis is carried out. Scientific concepts describing the movement and transformation of knowledge in innovative processes are formulated as «models of technological transfer». Models are created for the purpose of empirical description and search of optimal schemes of interaction of subjects of innovative system from the position of reduction of duration and cost of transfer of objects of intellectual property from the developer of scientific research to the consumer - industrial enterprise. The authors formulate the contribution of models to the theory of innovative mechanism. The presented analysis of the models of technological transfer allows to make a conclusion about their independence from the position of the contribution to the theory of innovative management. The analysis of the presented models allowed to formulate a number of generalized conclusions and provisions.
