Direction analysis of improvement of expert systems used in the quality management system

The results of a comprehensive analysis of expert systems functioning in the QMS framework for the case where data are presented as expert estimates are presented. The sources of estimates reliable losses are systematized: at the stage of factors identification and digitization, at the stage of obtaining an adequate function that relates effectiveness of QMS with identified factors. A set of approaches, methods and technologies to minimize the non-obvious estimates «errors» of effectiveness indicators are offered.
