The article presents the results of the analysis of the stress-strain state that occurs in a knitted fabric under biaxial tension, realized in the process of bending along a cylindrical surface. Considering the bending of a knitted fabric plate as a bending of a beam under the action of a uniform transverse load and tensile axial forces, the deflection of the beam is determined by an expression from the trigonometric series, its dependences on the cylindrical stiffness and uniformly distributed load for knitted fabrics with different raw materials are obtained.
