The analysis of legal regulation of digital clusters in the Russian Federation

Тhe article studies the problems of legal regulation of digital clusters as new forms of industrial cooperation between subjects of the data economy market. The author focuses on and conducts a review analysis of current local regulations - federal laws and industry regulations for their compliance with the principles laid down in the concept of technological development of Russia until 2030 and trends in the development of the digital economy. In conclusion, the author formulates recommendations on the need to clarify and supplement a number of norms and provisions of the current legislation.
