Analysis of the regulatory legal base of the Russian Federation regulating the activity of public authorities and local self-government when eliminating the consequences of explosions in the ammunition storage warehouses

The article based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts in the field of organization of activities of state and local authorities in the aftermath of explosions in ammunition depots clarifies that there are enough documents in this area at all levels of the EMERCOM, the exception is the municipal level. It is also determined that often in the event of emergencies associated with explosions in ammunition storage depots, the level of response rises to the federal level, since neither the forces and means nor the readiness of government officials at the municipal and territorial levels can effectively control the elimination of the consequences of such emergencies.
