Бесплатный доступ
The article is devoted to the assessment of the categories of the technical state of constructions, as well as buildings and structures in general. The disadvantages of the existing methodology for assessing the technical state are indicated. A list of current regulatory documents is given, which provide definitions for various categories of the technical state of building structures. The article presents a comparative analysis of various categories of the technical state. The number of categories ranges from three to nine. The disadvantages of the existing classifications of categories of technical states are highlighted. The lack of methods of statistical processing of information obtained in the course of assessments of the technical state is noted. A classification of categories of the technical state is proposed, consisting of five categories: serviceable, workable, limited workable, unworkable, emergency. This classification is to become the basis for methods of statistical processing of information accumulated in the course of assessing the technical state of various buildings and structures, as well as for recommendations that make it possible to understand which quantitative criteria are responsible for assigning one or another category of their technical state to buildings.
