Analysis of definitions of "traditional knowledge" in the discourse of the intergovernmental committee on intellectual property, genetic resources, traditional knowledge and folklore

The article examines the modern stage of the history of the formation and refinement of the conceptual apparatus of traditional knowledge research as an object of intellectual property. The results of a comparative analysis of the texts of documents and draft documents of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore of the World Intellectual Property Organization are presented.
