Analysis of the organization of training of civil servants of the Russian Federation (on the example of the administration of the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg)

This article analyzes the organization of training of civil servants of the Russian Federation on the example of the administration of the Moscow district of St. Petersburg. A picture of the organizational characteristics of the administration was compiled. The data on civil servants were processed and categorized according to such criteria as: "Length of service", "Age", "Gender", "Marital status", "Education", a general picture of employees was compiled, an analysis of personnel was carried out, diagrams were compiled on the basis of this. Further, the problems of organizing employee training were highlighted.
