This article analyzes the organization of training of civil servants of the Russian Federation on the example of the administration of the Moscow district of St. Petersburg. A picture of the organizational characteristics of the administration was compiled. The data on civil servants were processed and categorized according to such criteria as: "Length of service", "Age", "Gender", "Marital status", "Education", a general picture of employees was compiled, an analysis of personnel was carried out, diagrams were compiled on the basis of this. Further, the problems of organizing employee training were highlighted.
